1. Factory Installation & Commissioning
Our experienced technicians handle on-site machine positioning, precision laser levelling, electrical and pneumatic connections, cold motor drive testing, and hot polymer extrusion trials to achieve your target wall thickness, concentricity, and line speeds.
2. Screws & Barrels Re-Fliting, Re-Sleeving & Wear Replacement
Extend the working life of worn extruders. We provide precision weld-overlay rebuilding of worn flight tips, re-machining to original tolerances, gas nitriding hardening, and replacement barrel liners crafted from verified EN41B and bimetallic alloys.
3. Concentric Cross Heads Alignment & Sioplas Retrofits
Upgrade your existing extrusion line for silane-crosslinkable PE (Sioplas), dual-layer skinning, or specialized rubber compound sheathing. We calibrate cross head flow bodies, lap cartridge sealing faces, and optimize flow channel hydrodynamics.
4. Critical Parts & Precision Toolings Provisioning
We maintain rapid-dispatch inventory and custom CNC fabrication for extrusion tips, tungsten-carbide dies, mica and ceramic band heaters, melt pressure transducers, thermocouples, and gearbox gear sets to eliminate unplanned line downtime.
5. Preventative Maintenance Audits & Operator Training
Structured hands-on training for your operating crew covering temperature profiling, speed synchronization, tooling changeover, and scheduled barrel clearance audits every 6 to 12 months to protect gearboxes and liners from premature wear.
